The Alarm Monitoring Station to which we have a 20 year association, can instantly recognise any alarm activation that occurs at your property and are able to immediately call the appropriate Fire Brigade or Police Authority.

With the flexibility of 24 hour monitoring you can nominate any number of specific key holders and in some circumstances only request that you only wish a key holder or yourself to be called rather than the emergency services.

Scope of Services and Benefits provided:

1. Fully manned central station, monitoring your system 24 hours a day, 365 days a year all complying with the stringent British Standards. 
2. Unique ID and password only known to yourself ensure that you are recognised as the primary key holder or user of the system, enabling you to speak direct with the monitoring station. 
3. Fully monitored systems such as Redcare, Dualcom, Redcare GSM alert the operator not only to a genuine alarm, but also if the line should be cut or disconnected the central station will know immediately and take the appropriate action. 
4. Emergency Call out co-ordination of engineers making sure that our fully trained engineer can respond to an emergency when you most need it. This may be just to reset the alarm following a user error, trace a fault on the system or ensure the system is fully operational following an attempted break-in. 
5. If you have CCTV installed, a multi-functional CCTV facility at the monitoring station allows an operator to look at live CCTV images of your site following an activation from the premises. They can determine what appears to be happening on site and act accordingly. 
6. Ability to view your CCTV system from the comfort of your office or home personal computer so you can see the premises at anytime day or night.
